Internal stressors
Instructions
To get a description of each stressor, click on the “more” button.
Select the stressors you are interested in by clicking the button with the plus symbol (Add stressor). Alternatively, you can drag the stressors to the right panel and drop them there. To remove selected stressors, click the button with the minus symbol (Remove stressor).
On the next page, you can evaluate the selected stressors for yourself personally and receive your individual balance at the end of the chapter.
