Mindfulness is a way to cope with stress. Mindfulness or “being full of presence of mind” means as much as these 3 aspects:

Pause - come to yourself - be with yourself (instead of “out of yourself”).

The way to this inner peace: to direct attention to yourself, to the here and now. The advantages: Stress does not accumulate at all. You gain distance. You learn to focus more on one thing. Mindfulness improves productivity and performance. It helps with interpersonal relationships, for example, to recognize conflicts earlier and to respect the needs of the other person.
