How does stress effect health?
Stress has an impact on all health facets, i.e., on 3 levels. It changes people – bosses as well as employees. If you have to get something done under time pressure,
- you start sweating, for example. (1st body);
- you feel rushed and think: “I’ll never manage to do this.” (2nd mind);
- you do not join your colleagues for lunch but instead continue working. (3rd behavior).
