Are you overstressed?
Selfcheck

The ability to cope with stress is important for mental health. As a manager, you need to recover well and switch off properly in order to “calm down” to your physiological baseline after work. Rumination inhibits the process of recovery as it may prolong work-related mental efforts beyond working hours and thus increase individuals’ vulnerability towards stress.

Work-related rumination questionnaire (WRRQ):

Do you become tense when you think about work-related issues during your free time?
Are you irritated by work issues when not at work?
Do you become fatigued by thinking about work-related issues during your free time?
Are you troubled by work-related issues when not at work?
Are you annoyed by thinking about work-related issues when not at work?
