First of all you’ll find a list of internal contacts. You might want to save their contact information in an easily accessible place in order to have them handy in case of emergency. You can use the form in this tool for this purpose.
This list does not claim to be complete. Maybe you additionally have harassment managers, company psychologists or other people who qualify a useful contacts – just add to the list.
External contacts:
If your company does not provide all “options”, you should fall back on external service offers.
To state it quite clearly again:
