Signs of long-term overload
Frequent feeling of helplessness or quantitative excessive demand (“It’s too much for me!”), without others supporting or removing work
Repeatedly occurring feeling of lack of usefulness or intelligibility of operations; content overwork; not seeing successes
Alternately occurring physical or psychological symptoms without a clear cause, which complicate or make it impossible to be productive
Concentration problems; Accumulation of error
Constant rumination over the work; not able to fall asleep or staying asleep
Cannot relax from work; not feeling recovered after a weekend
The phone must be switched on even on weekends or after office hours, although this is not part of the employment contract.
To feel like a failure; have the impression that the work is not reducing, even with the greatest effort
